OVERVIEW
As a Manager, Global Digital Business, you’ll play a key part in managing emerging digital deals, working closely with senior licensing negotiators, and contributing strategic insights to our high-value partnerships. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact by overseeing the renewal of existing deals and negotiating new ones with innovative digital platforms.

To be successful in the role, you can adapt to a constantly changing digital landscape and think on your feet to respond to new problems and opportunities as they arise. Additionally, you will need to navigate various negotiating styles of different licensees, requiring strong negotiation skills to secure favorable deals for our catalog.

WHAT DOES A GLOBAL DIGITAL BUSINESS MANAGER AT KOBALT DO?

You are highly analytical and can provide insights and data that support larger deal negotiations and strategic decision-making.
You can demonstrate in-depth understanding of the digital music landscape, including trends, key players, and market dynamics.
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
